Postpartum support for You and your baby.

My path to becoming a postpartum doula began the day I brought my first daughter home , alone, exhausted, and wishing someone had been there to guide me through it. That experience became my vocation. I'm Chris Lordan, a DONA-certified postpartum doula with over 24 years of experience, a Lactation Educator, Sleep Consultant, and mom of three and I show up every day to make sure no mother walks that road alone.

A postpartum doula is not just there to care for your newborn. She is there to care for you.

This is also the heart of why the trinity symbol, the ancient Irish Celtic knot, sits at the centre of my logo. In Irish tradition the trinity symbol represents three things eternally interconnected. For me it represents the mother, the baby and the doula, three people who come together in those precious first weeks, each one playing a vital role, each one supporting the others. My role is to hold that triangle steady, so that the whole family can find their footing and grow in confidence together.
